There were five members and two guests present in person, and nine members and one guest present on Zoom.

October 11, 2020 The OAC met at 3:30 pm on Sunday, October 11, 2020. This was our second "hybrid" meeting. Before the meeting, Dick Albreski welcomed us with a medley of German songs. aggie Abel called the meeting to order. •Lou LeBrun thanked the people who had attended her Zoom birthday party on October 10. •Norman Seaton gave us the good news that there will be a National Accordion Association convention in Dallas in March 2021. •Dick started the music with the lively "Just Because" polka. •Lou played and sang "I'm Gonna Sit Right Down and Write Myself a Letter." •Barbara Duer performed "The Expectation Waltz." She said it's one of the most beautiful waltzes she has ever heard. •Kris Anderson (guest) played a western medley of "Riding on the Range," "Little Brown Jug," and "The Ranger March." •Karen West saluted Oktoberfest with "Hoffbrauhaus," followed with "My Little Girl." •Ron Shearon played "Over the Waves." When asked, he said it's a three-hour round-trip for him to attend the meeting. •Karen played and conducted a sing-along of "The Happy Wanderer" and "Edelweiss." •Barbara concluded the music with "Snow Waltz," aka "Schneewalzer." •Maggie and Karen told us about Lou's Zoom party. Pam Tom was the hostess. Many family members and friends attended. •The story of Lou's wonderful accordion career was told, accompanied with pictures. Some of the guests entertained with great accordion music. The meeting was adjourned at 4:50 pm. A big Thank You to all the members who come early to set up the meeting, and stay late to clean up.
