The Oklahoma Accordion Club is a volunteer community organization. We do not sell personal information.
Contact form
When you use the Ask the Club form on this site, we collect the information you submit (such as your name, email address, optional phone or city, inquiry type, and message). That information is sent by email to club volunteers at okaccordionclub@gmail.com so we can respond and, when appropriate, connect you with local accordion resources.
Messages are handled with ordinary email tools on our hosting provider. We keep them only as long as needed to respond and follow up as volunteers.
Email and other contact
If you email the club directly, we use that correspondence to reply and manage club activities. The same address is listed publicly on this site.
Website hosting
This site is hosted on ordinary web hosting. Server logs may include technical details such as IP address and pages requested, which our host may retain according to its own policies.
Requests
To ask about a message you sent or to request that we delete contact information we still hold, email okaccordionclub@gmail.com.
